Information entered in forms

The contact and demo forms collect the details needed to respond to an inquiry, such as name, company, email address, country or region, mobile number, preferred contact method, product interest and message. The current website sends these details by authenticated email to the Zenix Systems product mailbox and does not write them to an application database or local file.

Email communication

Submitted inquiries are processed by the website hosting environment and email service so they can be delivered to info@zenixsystems.com. Email providers and hosting services may create normal delivery, security and server logs according to their own policies.

Accounts and payments

The public website does not provide self-registration, automatic product access, online purchasing or payment processing.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics integration is included in the current project. Essential hosting or server logs may still be created by the hosting provider as part of normal website operation.

Product websites and applications

Individual software products may use separate privacy notices, customer agreements and data-handling rules according to their deployment and implementation.
