Informational purpose

The website describes software products, intended use cases, capabilities and deployment approaches. The content is general information and does not itself create a contract, licence, subscription, purchase, service obligation or guarantee.

Product scope

Features, modules, integrations, availability, deployment options and implementation requirements may differ by product, edition, version or agreed scope. Product suitability should be assessed against the actual business and technical requirements.

Demo and contact requests

A contact or demo request is an invitation to discuss requirements. It does not create an account, reserve capacity, provide product access, confirm pricing or form a commercial agreement.

Content accuracy

Reasonable care is taken when preparing website content, but product information may be updated as development continues. Written proposals, quotations and agreements should take precedence over general website descriptions.

Brand and content

Zenix Systems product names, branding, website design and original content should not be copied or represented as another product or organization without permission.

External services

Hosting, email applications and third-party services may be governed by their own terms. Zenix Systems does not control the availability or policies of those external services.

These website terms are intentionally general. Formal customer, product, licensing, privacy, support and service terms should be reviewed for the final operating model.
